There are around 100 rooms available for booking for the speakers. The check-in and check-out dates are 6th January and 11th January. These rooms are in

Important Information

  • SABIC has booked a total of  6 Suites, 45 Queen, 21 King Double, 18 King Twin. If you book by 15th September you should be able to get these rooms (total 90).

  • In case room sharing is requested, please inform the hotel and SABIC before 1st September and such arrangements will be made.

  • Apart from Monotel good rooms at reasonable rates are also available at The Sojourn ( which is easily accessible from the conference venue.

The organizers will arrange for accommodation for 100 out of station post-doctoral and student participants. Please indicate your requirement for accommodation during registration (will open in september)

Student Accommodation

We have arranged for accommodation for 100 out of station participants at Indismart Hotel in sector V which is 10 minutes walking distance from the conference site.  The rooms are twin sharing.

The cost of the room is INR 1450 including taxes and the price includes breakfast.
